Starweaver

Magic Weapon (Longbow/Quarterstaff), Legendary, requires attunement

Starweaver is a red wooden quarterstaff with golden carvings down the side, resembling the sun and stars. In longbow form, it stretches and bends, creating an ethereal bowstring to nock arrows to. In quarterstaff form, attacks beyond 5 feet cause the quarterstaff to stretch ethereally to hit its targets.

Magic Weapon. All attacks made with Starweaver are magical. Starweaver has a +3 to all attack and damage rolls made with it. Additionally, Starweaver can become a quarterstaff with a reach of 10 ft. or a longbow with an ethereal string whenever the user wishes. If no ammunition is provided, Starweaver creates ethereal arrows that disappear upon impact.

Star Woven Shield. Starweaver grants the user a +1 to AC and resistance to radiant damage.

The Power of a Star... As an action, you can choose to break Starweaver over your knee or another object, resulting in a massive explosion. All creatures in a 30 ft radius sphere centered on you must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw, taking 12d12 radiant damage and are blinded or half as much on a success. If the explosion reduces a creature to 0 hit points, they are turned into a pile of fine ash.

Weaver of Stars Starweaver has 5 charges. When you make an attack roll against a creature, you may expend a charge to create star motes that float there. If a creature ends its turn in the space, it must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 radiant damage, with half as much on a success. It regains all charges daily at dawn.
